Dirty, Damaged Item with Unprofessional Service
I ordered a Bare Hands nail kit from Violet Grey during their Memorial Day promotion. I was sent a dirty, scuffed item with stains. I reached out to customer service and promptly returned the item. They notified me today, and I saw I would only be receiving a partial refund. I'm not sure if they charged a restocking fee or if shipping was deducted. I don't know why I wasn't given a full-refund, but I found this action really inappropriate given everything that happened. I have reached out to my credit card company to initiate a dispute.
